Description

Tuesday evening WINS hikes begin at 6:30 p.m. as a way to enjoy the daylight and nice weather of summer evenings.  Explore the Beaver Springs Side Trail which circles through varied forest including maples and cedars that line the trail as it passes through ecologically-rich Beaver Springs Wetland, a Bruce Trail Conservancy Protected Natural Area.  The trail crosses a pretty creek valley, a tributary of Keefer Creek, whose fresh, clean water originates in the Beaver Springs Wetland.
