Description

From parking area we will take John Haigh Side Trail north along 2nd Line to join the main trail and head east.  We take the Petun Side Trail roughly 2 km before turning around and returning to main trail.  We follow the main trail south and then south west along Osler Bluff with some great lookouts to Pretty River Valley and Nottawasaga Valley.  We then take the John Haigh Side Trail back to our vehicles.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for introductions so we can start at 9:00 am sharp.  There are hilly sections which can be slick when wet. Most of our walk will be in the shade of the forest, but there are some open sections.  Bring water and snacks as we will take regular breaks to enjoy views or other sights.  Sunscreen and bug protection are always recommended.  Pack extra water if it is a hot day.
