Description
I loved this hike so much when we did it on July 22 that I thought we should do it again. Maybe the fields of goldenrod will be in full bloom.
We will head out on the McCormack trail from the trail centre and cross over Governor's Road to continue the trail past a horse farm to a beautiful lookout point with views of the escarpment, Dundas, Hamilton and Lake Ontario. We will return along the Bruce, McCormack and Sawmill trail ending up back in the parking lot.
In case you are worried that the goldenrod will induce allergies I found this great article pointing out the differences between goldenrod and ragweed!
