Description
Join in this lovely hike through the western end of Dundas Valley using the Spring Valley Trail. Headwaters Trail and Martin Road plus a few others. Mostly flat, easy terrain with a few moderate hills. We will pass a delightful series of cascades along some of the waterways. Meet in the parking lot of the Little League Baseball fields, across from the swimming pool. Bring water, a snack, sunscreen and icers. Poles may be useful. I will send out an email the day before with my cell phone number in the event that you need to cancel the night before or in the morning.
