Description

Bring yourself and/or your family to a fun, free, Fall scavenger-hunt themed hike on Sunday to celebrate Bruce Trail days –leisurely pace starting from City View Park to King Rd and back

Approximately 1.5  hour guided hike - Map 9 in the Reference Guidebook

While completing this hike you will be able to earn your Fall Junior Hiker badge.

Learn a little about Bruce Trail, see some fantastic views towards the lake, walk on the edge of the escarpment and learn about nature. Have fun with your family and other children. We look forward to meeting you. (Children must be accompanied by an adult)

Bruce Trail Day is an annual celebration of the Bruce Trail and the wonders of the Niagara Escarpment, hosted by the Bruce Trail Conservancy at each of its 9 Bruce Trail Clubs  We'll also have a tent area where you can meet other BTC members and hikers. Come and learn about our year-round hiking programs, volunteer opportunities, and what we are doing to preserve a ribbon of wilderness in southern Ontario from Niagara to Tobermory.

Everyone is welcome! We invite nature lovers, hikers of all levels, and anyone wanting to venture onto the Bruce Trail for the first time, or the hundredth time, to join us.

As this is a Passport to Nature event, you will receive a sticker for your Passport: Collect 4 stickers and get a badge, collect 9 different colour stickers and receive a BTC store gift card
