Location (Google Maps): Directions: From Hamilton take 403 to West. Exit at Wilson St in Ancaster. Turn right on Wilson St. At the traffic take the exit right onto Meadowbrook St (3rd exit). Take Meadowbrook to Jerseyville Side Rd. and turn right. Just pass the high school the Little League Park is on the right at the bottom of the hill.

Location (Google Maps): Hockley Road Parking Area, 307375 County Road 7, Mono, Ontario. GPS Coordinates: (43.972857 -80.056330). (In Google Maps, punch in the GPS coordinates or “Park in free BT lot Hockley Road.”). Taking Hwy #10 north, just past Orangeville, turn right onto County Road 7 – the parking lot is just past 2nd Line EHS on the left-hand side of County Road 7 (also called Hockley Road). A loop hike in Hockley Valley Provincial Nature Reserve, using the Main Trail and various side trails: Cam Snell ST, Glen Cross ST, Isabel East ST and Tom East ST. Very good path, but a lot of hills, making it a demanding hike. We will hike at a brisk pace, stopping once or twice for a snack break. Bring snacks and water. - 03October 3, 2020

Distance: 7 – 8 km.Description
These little known trails take the hiker north, then west to the banks of the Sixteen Mile Creek and then ha loop back to our starting point. Formally used by horseback riders the trails are now used by cyclists and hikers. Bring a snack, water, hand sanitizer and a mask. Directions: Go north on Neyagawa to the first traffic light above Dundas. Turn left and follow the road to where it bends sharply to the north and continue following to last parking lot on the right. Meet for a 10:00 am. start. You must be a BTC member and pre-register online. Once registered you will receive a list of items to bring and Covid protocols. Optional refreshment stop afterwards.

Hike Red Oak trail, Beaver Dam trail and Hilton Falls trail. Bring hat, snack, lunch, mask, sanitizer, first aid kit. No dogs. Refreshment stop afterwards. - 07October 7, 2020
