Taking Hwy #10 north, just past Orangeville, turn right onto County Road 7 – the parking lot is just past 2nd Line EHS on the left-hand side of County Road 7 (also called Hockley Road). Location (Google Maps): Sixteen Mile Creek Sports Complex 3070 Neyagawa Blvd.Pace: Leisurely – 3km/hr or less

Distance: 7 – 8 km.Description
These little known trails take the hiker north, then west to the banks of the Sixteen Mile Creek and then ha loop back to our starting point. Formally used by horseback riders the trails are now used by cyclists and hikers. Bring a snack, water, hand sanitizer and a mask. Directions: Go north on Neyagawa to the first traffic light above Dundas. Turn left and follow the road to where it bends sharply to the north and continue following to last parking lot on the right. Meet for a 10:00 am. start. You must be a BTC member and pre-register online. Once registered you will receive a list of items to bring and Covid protocols. Optional refreshment stop afterwards.
