    Description

    We will explore a new BTC property in Pine River Valley. The property includes an abandoned Side Trail. We will follow this trail, returning to our parking by way of a great view point. Check back in March for details.

    Location (Google Maps): Meet at Creemore Nature Preserve main entry on Concession Rd 6 South, Nottawasaga, south of County Rd 9. You can access County Rd 9 from County Rd 124 (drive 11 km east on County Rd 9) or Airport Rd (drive 5.2 km west on County Rd 9). Turn south onto Concession 6 South. Roadside parking is about .7 km south.

    Description

    The longer hike will cover both 2.5 km loops. The shorter hike will cover one of the loops. Bring water and snacks.

    Location (Google Maps): Monora Park is located just north of Orangeville. From Hwy 10, drive west on Monora Park Drive. At the first stop sign, turn left/south onto Monora Park Pavilion Rd. Just before the end of the road, turn right into parking lot
