    Description

    Difficulty: Easy

Join me for a 2-3 hour introduction to snowshoeing. We’ll run through the basics of flats and climbing hills with tips on how to get up after falling and other inevitable incidents. This is aimed at the novice but more experienced snowshoers are welcome if you want to stretch the legs before the season gets started in earnest. We’ll meet in front of the Grenadier Restaurant in High Park and do a meandering but circular route to bring us back there for refreshments at the end of the day.

    Meet at:

Front of the Grenadier Restaurant, High Park

There is ample parking at the Restaurant. If travelling by TTC get off at High Park Station and walk south on Colborne Lodge Drive, about 15 minutes.
