Description
Eleven members of the Peninsula Club and Sydenham Club will be camping at MacGregor Provincial Park, just South West of Port Elgin, from January 28 till January 30 and they are inviting people to join them for a snowshoe hike on Wednesday, January 29 at 10:00 am. Meet at the Visitor Centre parking lot. A daily parking fee is in effect. Those wishing to stay for lunch after the hike are invited to Yurts #46 and #48. Bring your own lunch. Hiking poles are recommended, as park roads may be icy. If weather conditions are suitable, there will be a skating rink available as well. Hike Leader Danuta Valleau: Cell 519-378-5630.
