Location (Google Maps): Hike departs at 8:30 am from Hilton Falls Map 11 (GPS 43.505705; -79.961589). Meet outside the park in the conservation area driveway. We will leave the minimum number of cars at Hilton Falls Conservation Area since an entry fee and reservation for parking is required. We will shuttle to roadside parking at km 17.4 at Fourth Line, Map 12 (GPS 43.615163; -79.975157)

Description

Car shuttle hike.  No dropouts.  Pre-Registration essential.  In compliance with provincial public health regulations, car shuttle hikes are restricted to hikers who can show proof of vaccination. Masks required during the shuttle and there will be a maximum of 4 hikers per car.  Hike participants are asked to share the cost of parking at Hilton Falls Conservation area.

This hike will take us along the escarpment and through Speyside.   Hilly, variable terrain.

Appropriate  footwear (e.g. hiking shoes or boots) required.  Bring lunch, snacks, plenty of water and insect repellent.  Well mannered dogs welcome.
