Description
This property was originally homesteaded and there is a loop hike that winds through wooded areas crossing over stone fences and joins the main trail on Escarpment for part of this hike. There are fossils to see, a large barn foundation, a dug well and parts of a small plane that crashed in a storm in the 1970's. Parking is on 2nd Concession S, north of Grey Rd 18. Map 30. The hike time will be approximately 2 1/2 hours.
