Description
This hiking series will include short, relatively easy hikes for parents/ caregivers and their little ones (children 0-3 years old welcome). The goal is to encourage new parents to enjoy the outdoors with their little one(s), meet new friends and increase the cuteness level on the trail with our little bundles. Hike leader Beige McIntosh will be guiding you (with her 5 month old baby, Fen) and perhaps she'll share a baby friendly song or 2.
These hikes will be a nursing friendly environment, with lots of time to adjust your setup and tend to your child.
Hike #1 will take place on a forested trail with moderate elevation changes which leads to a stairway down the escarpment and eventually to Georgian Bay. We'll complete a ~1.75km loop before returning to the parking lot.
