Description
Thank you for register for Niagara's annual self-guided End-2-End in three days. You will enjoy an unforgettable trek along the adventurous Niagara Escarpment.
Your journey will begin in Grimsby, at the western end of the Niagara Bruce Trail and finish at the Queenston Cairn, the southernmost point of the Bruce Trail. Along the way, you will experience spectacular escarpment views while hiking through scenic wineries, cascading waterfalls and vibrant orchards and Niagara's most beautiful and ionic landscapes.
To keep you energized and supported, Niagara's amazing volunteers will greet you at designated checkpoints on all three days of the hike. Checkpoints will be located every 10 kms and will offer nutritious snacks, water refills, a place to rest and plenty of encouragement to keep you moving forward. In addition Niagara volunteer Trail Angels will be available throughout the hike to provide assistance whenever required. Checkpoint coordinate and Trail Angel information will be issued well in advance.
Please arrive by 6.30am each day of your hike. The bus will depart promptly at 7am.
Pack for the weather and terrain, cell phone is important, appropriate footwear, poles, Bruce Trail trail map or Bruce trail App.
Hikers are responsible for informing Organizing personnel of their intentions to drop out during the hike.
