Description

This is one of 3 hikes you can join this month to earn the new Mindfulness badge from Niagara Club. The other two dates are August 19 and August 24th.  Today we will hike, journal or sketch nature and hike some more. We will hike the main trail and the side trails of Louth Conservation area. Art supplies and some guidance will be provided. Please bring enough water and snacks for your needs, poles if you use them, bug spray and dress for the weather. We will try to find suitable spots to sit at the lower falls or you can bring your own collapsible chair if you like.

If the weather is rainy, this will turn into a silent, meditative hike instead.

Please cancel your registration if you are not able to make it. This will allow someone from the waitlist to register.
