Description
The side trail follows the base of the escarpment to the bottom of Jones Falls, ascends through a rock crevasse to join the main trail on top. We return along the top of the escarpment, then descend steeply to the parking area. Walking poles or sticks are recommended, good footwear, and depending on snow/ice conditions: icers or snowshoes.
