The hike will take in parts of the main trail, Rockside side trail, Caledon Trailway, Winston Churchill side trail.
There will be time to visit Spirit Tree Estates Cidery. They have an excellent bakery. Hiking boots, water, lunch/snack, bug spray, sunscreen.
