Location (Google Maps): Park at the Royal Hamilton Yacht Club, on the harbour in the vicinity of where Bay Street North, MacNab Street North and Guise Street intersect.

Description

Meeting 9:45am for a 10am start, this hike will be roughly in two loops allowing for halfway drop-out should the weather not cooperate.  For the first loop, we will head east along the newly developed waterfront toward the Haida ( last remaining WWII  Tribal class destroyer in the world) is docked.  We will proceed into Hamilton's north end to visit a few historical sites including Christ's Church Cathedral, proceding down James Street N past Liuna Station and back to the RHYC.  Then we will head west to hike Bayfront Park Trails and return to RHYC.  Lunch at RHYC.
