Description
Join geologist Beth Gilhespy for an exploration of alvars, cliffsides and the surprising geology of the BTC's new MapleCross Nature Reserve at Cape Chin and Otter Lake Nature Reserve. While the distance is short, there are frequent stops to observe geological features and the pace between stops is moderate. Please bring water and lunch. Expected duration is about 5 hours.
