Location (Google Maps): Parking area at northeast end of Harrison park near 4th St East and 5th Ave East . Follow road into the park and meet at the parking area by the river.

Description

This slow Forest Bathing walk in nature will offer you an explanation of the benefits of walking in nature and connecting with the forest, 5 different "invitations" (Forest bathing experiences), and quiet contemplative times interspersed with brief discussion opportunities.  Maximum 8 people.  You will be contacted in case of a necessary change in time or location.  This is NOT a hike, but a guided meditative walk over 1 to 2 KM and taking 1 1/2 hours.
