Description
This hike will take us south on the Main Trail from Sideroad 7A to Graham’s Hill before returning north and hiking back up the hills at Beaver Valley Ski Club.
We’ll enjoy the fall colours of the east side of Beaver Valley and Old Baldy.
Our pace will be Brisk through the open areas and Leisurely up the hill climbing sections. This will not be an easy 18 km - we'll average about 4.0 km/h and hike up over 600 m in total.
Please bring enough water (at least 2 litres) and food to maintain your energy for a 6-hour hike.
Comfortable hiking shoes or boots are a must. A rain shell is recommended in case of a wet weather forecast, along with a hat, sunscreen, and bug repellent for sunny weather or buggy trail conditions.
