Join Charles for a 42 kms End-to-End of the Elgin Trail. This trail is a moderately used and blazed trail located in Elgin County. We will hike through this Carolinian Forest over two back-to-back days. Be prepared for undulating topography. Paid parking may be in effect. We will be walking the trail from south to north. For this first day we will car shuttle to the southern terminus of the trail located in Port Stanley at GPS 42.65920, -81.21641 or close to 124 William St., Port Stanley.
Be prepared for muddy and intermittent trail maintenance conditions. Road walking is involved. As of this posting, the Elgin Club does not have any guidebooks. A .gpx file is available on: https://www.alltrails.com

Directions: Travel 401 west past London. Take exit 177. Travel on County Road 4 South to Fingal Line. (County Road 4 aka. Sunset Drive). Turn right on to Fingal Line.
