Easy hikes are short hikes (<3 KM) that are generally flat with little elevation change and mostly clear of tree roots and rocks. Hikes are adjusted according to weather conditions. The hiking pace is slow. Footwear with good tread and ankle support are recommended. Hiking poles are recommended, but not required. Bring a small backpack to carry water and light snacks.
Park at the Bruce Peninsula National Park Visitor's Centre Parking Lot. We will walk along the main Bruce Trail to the Burnt Loop Side Trail. Then, we walk along the Burnt Loop Side Trail to the first lookout. We will take a nutrition break here as we view the beautiful waters of Little Dunks Bay. After our break, we will retrace our steps to the parking lot.
