Description
Lots of big views of the Beaver Valley with minimal climbing. Starting at the Beaver Valley lookout parking area we will climb to main trail using the Cascades Side Trail, then follow the East Mountain Side Trail to meet up again with the main trail. We will walk north along the summit to Old Baldy look out, then turn around and go south back to Eagle Summit. We will return to the parking lot via the Valley Vistas and Rockface Side Trails. Dress in layers and be prepared for possible cold winds as we hike the main trail along the escarpment edge. Bring water and a snack. Please arrive 10 minutes early for introductions so we can start at 9:00 am sharp.
