Description
Meeting point is at the parking lot next to the Visitor Centre. Today we will walk around Crawford Lake, a rare example of a meromictic lake, enjoying views and a different outdoor feeling the wooded area gives when the leaves are off the trees and are dormant; essentially they sleep over the winter. On our way to the Nassagaweya Canyon with great views and looping back to the Longhouse Village is well worth a visit. No dogs. Hiking boots, snacks, water and be prepared for the weather forecast of the day.
Entry fee to the park is $9.75 and registration is required – please make your reservation at https://www.conservatio
