Location (Google Maps): Beaver Valley Section, Maps 25 and 26. Meet at Duncan Crevice Caves Nature Reserve parking lot (Km 33.3) on 9th Sideroad just east of Blue Mountain-Euphrasia Townline. From Hwy 10/89 just east of Shelburne, take County Rd 124 north to Grey County Rd 4. Turn left/west and at Maxwell, turn right/north onto Grey County Rd 2. Turn left/west onto Grey County Rd 19 to 10th Line where the road jogs sharply to the right, then continues on left/west as 9th Sideroad. Parking is on the south side, just before you reach Duncan.

Description
We will car pool back to Artemesia-Euphrasia Townline and 4th Line A (Km 46.4). We will hike north and east along the escarpment through old growth forest with fall colours at their peak. Highlights are Old Baldy with photo opportunities and views of the west side of the valley. We finish the day along a quiet country road. Bring snacks, lunch and water.
