Car Hike: Caledon Rail Trail

Come out to start the hiking season with an easy hike on the Caledon Rail Trail. This once was the main Bruce Trail. We will start in Inglewood and hike east to the village of Caledon East.To get to the meeting point drive north on Hwy 10 from Brampton to Olde Base Line Road. Turn left and go about 1.5 km to McLaughlin Road. Turn right and go north about half a km to where the Rail Trail crosses the road. Parking will be on the right. If this parking is full you may park in the recreation centre parking lot about 150 meters south, on the east side of McLaughlin.
After the hike those interested may join me for refreshments in the local area.
