Bring a snack and plenty of water, and other hydration as needed. Wear hiking boots and bring hiking poles. Icers may also be required.

Join us for the second hike of a 6 part end-to-end of the Niagara section. Our route starts in the Woodend Conservation Area. As we walk along the top of the escarpment, we’ll have lovely views of the vineyards and orchards below. We’ll then cross over the 3rd and 4th Welland Canals to bring us to St. Catharines, where we’ll have to do a bit of urban hiking before getting back into a naturalized quarry area and the woods surrounding Brock University.We will have a refreshment stop before heading back to Toronto.
Bring a packed lunch and two litres of water, as well as rain/sun/bug protection as needed.
Dropout point at 9.5 kms.
