    Location (Google Maps): Crawford Lake Conservation Area. 3115 Conservation Road, Milton. Conservation Road is off Guelph Line just south of Campbellville. Red P BTC parking lot just north of km 105.6, BTC Map 11. Upper parking lot. Online Conservation Halton reservations required.

    Description

    Join us on a hike along the escarpment, in the woods, around a lake and through a canyon created by glacial meltwater.  We will be on the lookout for turkey vultures as well as hawks and eagles on their way north.  The trail will be rocky and slippery in spots.  Mud is guaranteed.  There may be some ice.  Please wear gaiters and pack your icers. Please pack a snack, a warm drink, water, a lunch and a smile.  Online Conservation Halton reservations required.  Conservation membership encouraged.
