    Distance: 16.5 KM

    Description

    Predominantly a Side Trail Hike with some Main Trail and sections of road. We’ll be doing the Vanderleck, Al Shaw, Canada Goose, Cliff Hatch and Speyside South Side Trails. Along with a few KMs of main Trail.

    Loop hike, starting and ending at the Parking Lot. Lot has 15 spots and is Free. Entrance on 15 Sideroad just west of HWY 25.

    Terrain on this Hike is Moderate. Not too much elevation change, but may be slippery and rocky in sections. And depending on conditions could be wet in parts.
    Speed of Hike is Moderate at 3-3.5 KM / per hour. (Although stopping for photos is allowed:)

    Please ensure you check the weather are dressed appropriately with layers. Boots are required. Poles are recommended.  If weather gets cold and icy, please have crampons (ice cleats) with you. And please bring at least 2L of water, snacks, and lunch.
