Each Bruce Trail Club is setting its own timeline for reintroducing hikes and increasing group size limits within Provincial guidelines. Members, please have your guests register for hikes using your member number.

    Location (Google Maps): Park and meet at Twiss Rd. and No. 8 Side Rd. in the village of Kilbride (Note: Please park along Twiss Rd. only; parking is limited)

    Pace: Leisurely – 3km/hr or less
    Terrain: Moderate – Some hills and/or some poor footing
    Distance: approx. 6km

    Description

    This 6km leisurely hike will take us down into the Bronte Creek/Cedar Springs Valley and around the River and Ruin side trail. Please note that the climb out of the valley does include some strenuous hills. Please remember to bring water, a snack, a mask and hand sanitizer. Bug repellent and sunscreen may also be necessary. NOTE: Current Covid-19 Protocol will be in full effect and no sharing will be allowed.
