    Description

    1.5 hr snowshoe loop. Many deep crevices near the trail.

    Location (Google Maps): Caledon Hills Section, Map 18. Meet at roadside parking on the south side of Dunby Rd (Km 68.0). From Hwy 10, drive east on Mono Centre Rd. Where the road bends sharply north, turn right/east onto 2nd Line EHS, Mono, then left/east onto Dunby Rd. Parking is about .5 km east, where the Main Trail crosses a stile to the south.

    Terrain: Slippery and Steep Sections
    Distance: 6.6 or 4.0 km

    Description

    We will hike the Main Trail and Cam Snell Side Trail loop. The shorter hike will turn back when we reach the first Main/Cam Snell intersection. Bring icers, water, snacks. Snowshoes may be required.

    Description

    This will probably be a snowshoe hike and we will therefore avoid the upper crevices by hiking a loop below the scarp edge. Picturesque view of Bass Lake and the wetlands. Approx. 1.5 to 2 hrs.
