This Forest Bathing walk begins on the Bennet Heritage Trail at Scotsdale Farm. We cross the Snows Creek pond and subsequently Owl Creek, close to the site of an Indigenous (Attiwonderonk) village from 1550 – 1580. Hike leader will briefly present further info learned about the village. Our trail then follows Owl Creek. Lunch break at a scenic spot along the Creek. We peacefully return via the Bennet Heritage Trail, the Maureen Smith Side Trail and the forested main Bruce Trail. Please bring water and a lunch. (Icers may be helpful depending on ice/snow conditions.)
