    Pace: Medium – 3 to 4 km/hour
Terrain: Moderate – some hills and/or some poor footing
    Distance: 14 km

    Description

The Nottawasaga Bluffs Conservation Area is a gem. It offers great views, crevices and crags, forest and wetlands. When I walked it in the spring, some of the route was over-the-boot-top wet but I don’t expect that to happen in July. Before we finish our double loop, we’ll phone in our takeout lunch order to iconic Mylar and Loretta’s and we’ll pick it up on our way to the Devil’s Glen Viewing Platform where we can enjoy the scenery over the Mad River valley. (Bring your own lunch if you prefer) After lunch, we’ll do an optional there-and-back into a nice forested area north of Hwy 26.
