Description
Ready for an energetic, briskly-paced hike completely through the mature forests of the Lindenwood Management Area? This 15 km loop hike follows the main trail along the escarpment edge north from the Lindenwood Road parking lot and loops around the ecologically-diverse Ross McLean side trail as it tracks the shore of Bass Lake. From there we retrace our steps along the main trail to parking at Lindenwood Road. Stops will include water breaks along the way and lunch at Bass Lake. Bring personal medications and supplies, snacks/lunch and up to 2 L of water especially if it is hot. Hiking poles are not required but are always welcome. See you there!
