Description
Camino on the Bruce: 15 km Social Hike
Join us for a 15 km Bruce Trail hike designed for hikers who are curious about the Camino and want to learn more from people with firsthand experience. We’ll keep a steady pace on trail, with a short break or two along the way, and aim to finish by early afternoon.
This is a great opportunity to ask questions, hear practical advice, and connect with experienced Camino hikers in a relaxed, conversational setting. After the formal hike ends, anyone who’d like to continue the conversation is welcome to join us for food and banter at a local pub or restaurant.
We meet up and park at City View Park in Burlington at 8:15 am. We will then shuttle to the RBG Rock Chapel parking lot. We should start our hike back to the cars by 9:00 am.
Be sure to dress for the weather, hike boots or hike shoes, personal first aid kit, bring a least 2 L of water, snacks, lunch, and poles if you use them.
