Location (Google Maps): Beaver Valley Section, Map 26. Meet at the lower parking lot of the Beaver Valley Ski Club by 9:30. Those wishing to carpool, meet at Super Burger parking lot (north-west corner of Hwy 89/Hwy 10 intersection) at 8:30.

Distance: Long Hike 9 km, Short Hike 6 km
Description
We will hike from the parking lot, past the ski club and ski hills, along the Kimberley Forest Side Trail to meet the Main Trail, continuing up to Talisman (83.1). We will stop here for a snack/lunch to take in the spectacular views, then return along the same trails. Those wishing a short hike can turn around where the Main Trail meets a lookout point at Bill's Creek. Bring hiking poles, water and snack/lunch, as desired.
