Description
Please join in this favourite hiking area with its spectacular views across Nassagaweya Canyon towards Rattlesnake Canyon, its Meromictic and at this time of year its wildflower treasures which grown among the rocky parts of the escarpment. Expect one section of rocky terrain with tricky footing. Hopefully the boardwalk around the lake will have reopened. Please bring water, a snack, sunscreen and insect repellent. A reservation is necessary to park here through Halton Parks Reservation System. I will email the day before with my contact information should you need to cancel the morning of the hike.
