Description

We will drive to a suitable start point for a hike through the many loop trails off the Eleventh Line, just west of Collingwood. The trails are mostly in the trees and well-sheltered. The hike will be about two hours. Bring a snack and water. January's full moon is commonly known as the Wolf Moon in Native American cultures. These ancient tribes named this moon when wolves howled in hunger outside the Villages. It is also known as the Old Moon. Moonlight Badge available for $10.
